People Generalist

As a People Generalist, your job will be:

  • Writing comprehensive Job Descriptions
  • Screening of applications and conducting interviews
  • Drafting and issuing letters for various purposes, including contracts, offer letters, employment verification and certification of experience
  • Orientation and Onboarding of new hires
  • Creating and maintaining processes for performance management of the team members
  • Conducting sessions with teammates to identify opportunities for their learning and growth
  • Market research on trends regarding compensation and benefits
  • Management of employee profiles, contracts and leaves on HRIS, like Odoo
  • Suggesting and implementing ways to improve the brand of the company to potential talent and customers
  • Maintenance of the records of team members.
  • Addressing day-to-day concerns of teammates
  • Offering teammates a healthy and engaging work culture
  • Listening to and redressing the grievances of teammates
  • Coordination with the management, departments of accounting and infrastructure for operational matters and providing support
  • Offboarding of teammates
  • Representing the company at various events including Open house, job & career fairs

Required Experience: Preferably over 2 years in a similar role in the IT Service Industry.
